Our comprehensive care team of occupational, physical and speech-language pathologist and therapists utilize a case management approach to detailed assessment and evaluation, collaborative goal setting and evidence-based neurological rehabilitation.   Family and caregiver involvement is a key focus of this program whenever possible.    Both acute and chronic conditions are managed with short and long term approaches to restoring function and independence and maximizing potential in all aspects of living.
