Our pools are specifically designed for persons of all ages, with or without any water safety or swimming skills. There is no lifeguard on duty, but our aquatic instructors have been trained in Water Safety and Rescue procedures.

Our Muskegon Clinic has two separate pools. The therapy pool is 4 ft deep and has a 6 foot square area in the middle that is 5 ft in depth. Our class pool is also 4 ft in depth and offers a larger workout area. We have multiple floatation devices and bars along the full length of the pool to help you feel secure.

Our Grand Haven Clinic offers one large pool area that incorporates different areas that, we like to refer to, as pods. Each pod is unique in water depth and functionality.
We understand the need to give each participant personal attention and support. Changing to a healthier lifestyle is very hard work, but there is no reason you can’t have some fun along the journey!

What to bring:

• Your bathing suit, although shorts and a colored T shirt are acceptable.
• A lock for your locker. This must be taken home each day, so others can enjoy locker security. You may bring valuables with you on deck.
• A towel, although we do have towel programs available for purchase. Pool shoes to wear in the water for additional traction (Available in display case or most dept./sports stores).
• A plastic water container for poolside hydration (optional) to avoid thirst and headache.
