Yoga - A mat class providing deep breathing, muscle elongation and relaxation. Appropriate for those just starting yoga practice and for experienced practitioners looking for shavasina experience activity.

Build Better Bones - Designed to increase blood flow and strength to bone tissue. This class will use free weights, bands and exercise equipment. Has been known to tone muscles too!

Kickbox - A kickbox class with high level cardio, strength and conditioning movements. Arms, chest, shoulders, legs, and buns. We hit it all in this class.

Aqua Fit - Join this fun water cardio class that can increase the heart rate and tone your muscles. Arrive 15 minutes early. See you in the water!

Aquacise - Using the buoyancy and thermal properties of aquatic therapy, total body exercise is offered in this group, geared at safe, gentle movement exercise specific for arthritis management. Participants should arrive 15 minutes early.

Aqualates - For the individuals wanting to maintain muscle tone. Water exercise reduces joint stress and helps promote healthy movement and flexibility. This class uses Yoga & Pilates movements. Excellent class for prenatal exercise. Arrive 15 minutes early.

Parkinson’s Aqua Group - A pool class, open to people with Parkinson’s Disease or for those neurologically impaired.
