Generation Care Health Center opened its first state of the art facility in 2001. Prior to this, the company was located in a small building and worked with various care homes and long-term care centers. This was a big step for owners Holly Lookabaugh-Deur and Sean Deur. It was a great risk, but one that has been rewarding for them, our staff and the thousands of patients we have helped over the years.

When originally built, it was an 11,000 sq. ft. building with an expansive aquatic center. In 2005 we were reaching our limits on space and moved ahead with an addition. This two story expansion was built to provide additional space, and allowed us to better accommodate our growing population of neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, and hand patients.

Today, the Muskegon location is home to our company headquarters. We have become one of largest providers of aquatic therapy in the area, while we also offer several other specialty services. Over the 10 years, we have grown and continued to give back to our Muskegon community.
